Understand the conditions and process for returns.

Return Policy

At Pickmart, we respect consumer rights in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and aim to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience.

1. food and Non-Food Products

Customers may return non-food items within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Once the return is reviewed and approved, the customer will receive:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund using the original payment method

2. Fresh Products

In accordance with Egyptian law, fresh food items and fresh products (including meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery items) cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

Exception:

If a food or fresh product is delivered damaged, expired, or not matching its description, the customer is entitled to:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product.
